Any difference in his usual everyday routine would be the best place to start taking notice.

Has he been pulling a frequent all nighter at work?
If working late is a normal thing because of his work, has he stopped ringing you up to inform you, like he always would have?

Do there appear to be a lot more work ‘emergencies’ than usual? Is there a rise of situations which hadn’t happened previously?
Has he started waiting for you to fall asleep before joining you in bed?

Has he Started Dressing Up More Often?

Is he altering his personal dress sense? How about shaving more regularly or wearing his hair differently?

A cheating husband will often alter, or at least be more aware of, how he looks while he is continues trying to make the other woman happy.

As you probably have realized married people, both men and women, seem to fall into a routine with their apparence. If you notice a change in the way he looks, it’s worth examining closer.

Has his normal desire for sex waned?

When you are paying attention you might pick up some change in the way he interacts with you during bedroom time.

Does he claim to be physically drained, can’t be late for work, or that there is an important meeting at work he has to prepare for when you make advances on him?

While lack of interest in sex doesn’t automatically make a man guilty of infidelity, if the change in attitude continues when he’s been enthusiastic in the past, this can definitely be a wake up call for you.

When he’s showering, take a peek through his phone or pc. Are you witnesing phone number without names, or with women’s names you don’t already know?

Are those names or numbers filling up the call log on his cell phone? Notice things like he suddenly has added a more security on his pc, such as a password.

Start to compile evidence that supports the beief of infidelity if you feel that your suspicions have been confirmed and he is cheating on you.

If you’re wrong, and you choose to question him about your suspicions without real proof, it could turn out to be a mistake that can’t be solved. 

You may be facing an arduous and heart-wrenching journey, and knowing how to tell whether or not your husband is cheating is just the beginning.
